Terms of Service
Last updated: April 27, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website and the junk removal services offered by Golden Isles Junk Removal, LLC (“Golden Isles Junk Removal,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By scheduling service, requesting a quote, or otherwise engaging Golden Isles Junk Removal, you agree to these Terms.
Services we provide
Golden Isles Junk Removal provides residential and commercial junk removal services, including furniture removal, appliance removal, hot tub disposal, estate cleanouts, light demolition, yard debris removal, and related services described on our website.
Our service area includes Brunswick, the Golden Isles, Camden County, Wayne County, Ware County, and selective work in Nassau County, Florida. Service availability outside the core area is determined case-by-case and discussed during the quote conversation.
A list of items we will and will not haul is published at /what-we-take. Restricted items — including hazardous materials, live propane tanks, and certain regulated items — are clearly identified and will not be accepted.
Estimates and pricing
All estimates are based on the information you provide about the items, the property, and the access conditions. We provide phone estimates, photo-based estimates, and on-site walkthroughs at no charge.
If the actual job differs materially from what was described — additional items, restricted items not previously disclosed, access conditions different from what was represented — we will explain the revised estimate before beginning work. You may accept the revised estimate, decline at no charge, or modify the scope.
Payment is due upon completion of the job. We accept cash, credit and debit cards, and personal checks. Returned-check fees and late-payment terms apply as described in your written estimate.
Scheduling and cancellation
Same-day service is offered when crew capacity allows. Scheduled service is booked for a specific date and arrival window. We make commercially reasonable efforts to arrive within the agreed window, though weather, traffic, and prior-job duration may cause delays. We will communicate proactively if a delay is expected.
You may cancel or reschedule service at any time before the crew arrives. We ask for as much notice as you can provide so we can rebook the slot. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a non-refundable scheduling deposit being required for future bookings.
If our crew arrives at the scheduled time and is unable to access the property, items, or the customer (or designated representative), a trip charge may apply to cover crew time and truck operation.
Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for the following before the scheduled service:
- Providing accurate information about the items, property, and access conditions
- Ensuring items are accessible at the scheduled time, or designating a representative who can authorize the work
- Disclosing hazardous materials, biohazards, or regulated items in advance — we will not haul these items, and undisclosed presence of hazardous materials may result in additional fees and trip charges
- Confirming ownership of the items being removed, or authorization from the legal owner
- Ensuring pets, children, and other parties are clear of work areas during the service
Property access and damage
Junk removal involves moving heavy items through doorways, hallways, stairs, and across property surfaces. We exercise reasonable care to protect floors, walls, doorways, and outdoor surfaces during the work.
Reasonable wear consistent with the careful removal of heavy items is expected and not considered damage. This includes minor scuffs, scratches, indentations from dollies on grass or soft ground, and similar incidental marks that ordinary care cannot fully prevent on heavy-item removals.
If you have specific access concerns — fragile flooring, narrow stairwells, recently refinished surfaces, gated communities with restricted vendor access — please disclose them at the time of scheduling so we can plan the route and the protective gear required.
Pre-existing damage to floors, walls, doorways, and other surfaces should be documented before service begins. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions made more visible by item removal.
Limitation of liability
Golden Isles Junk Removal performs services with reasonable care consistent with industry standards. To the maximum extent permitted by Georgia law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific job giving rise to the claim.
We are not liable for items removed in error when those items were within the scope authorized by the customer or the customer’s designated representative on site. Customers should clearly mark items not for removal and confirm with the crew before the truck departs. Once the load leaves the property, items become the property of the disposal facility and are not retrievable.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of use, lost profits, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Golden Isles Junk Removal, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of:
- Your misrepresentation of the items being removed (including undisclosed hazardous materials, biohazards, or regulated items)
- Your misrepresentation of ownership or authorization to remove items
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of any applicable law in connection with the services

Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them or to our services are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
You and Golden Isles Junk Removal agree that any dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Glynn County, Georgia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Before filing any legal action, the parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute in good faith through informal discussion. We are reachable by phone at (912) 222-1677 and through the contact form on our website.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through the website or through direct contact with active customers as appropriate. Your continued use of our services after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
