By booking a service with Golden Isles Junk Removal, you agree to the following terms.

1. Estimates & Pricing

All estimates provided over the phone or via email are preliminary. Final pricing is based on the actual volume the items take up in our truck once our team arrives on-site. You are under no obligation to proceed if you do not agree with the final on-site quote.

2. Prohibited Items

For safety and legal compliance, we cannot haul:

• Hazardous materials (chemicals, asbestos, biological waste)
• Liquid paints or oils
• Pressurized tanks (propane, oxygen)

3. Access & Liability

You agree to provide clear access to the items being removed. While our team exercises extreme care, Golden Isles Junk Removal is not liable for minor wear and tear (scuffs/scratches) to flooring or walls inherent to the removal of large, bulky items from tight spaces.
