Moving, Closing or Refurnishing an Office in Darien?
Call or Text for the Next Office Cleanout Opening in Darien
Yes, the whole office. Offices collect more furniture than they need — desks from two layouts ago, filing cabinets nobody opens, a back room of monitors and printers that quit one at a time. Whether the practice is moving, closing or bringing in new furniture, the work is physical rather than complicated, and timing is what makes it go smoothly.
What we handle
What we take care of
We schedule around the workday or after it. Cubicles, desks and shelving that come apart with hand tools are broken down on site, and the space is left swept.
A certificate of insurance goes to whoever needs one before the job. If you need photos or a list of what left for your records, tell us when you book and we’ll work with you.
Filing cabinets are heavy when they’re full and easy once they’re empty, and either way they leave with the rest of the furniture. Where another professional genuinely has to be involved — a certified shredding provider, for example — we’ll tell you when we quote and work around them.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Darien
Office cleanouts around Darien
The office might be a suite in Downtown Darien or a small practice somewhere else in McIntosh County. Wherever it is, we start from photos of each room, the storage areas and the route out to where a truck can stop.
Around the older buildings near the river, access is tighter and there’s less room to pull a truck up without thinking it through first. In-town work tends to be smaller in scope than rural work and to need more care in the handling, so the walk-out — hallways, door frames, the front step — gets our close attention.
An office clear-out usually takes its place on a planned Darien day, with the drive up from Brunswick routed so the day makes sense. When we commit to a date ahead of a lease handback or a furniture delivery, we show up on it.
If the move also leaves a storage room, a garage of old files or a breakroom full of appliances behind, those can go out on the same trip.
After the pickup
Where it goes
Towers, monitors and printers from a McIntosh office usually go to Broadhurst, which accepts certain broken electronics.
Metal filing cabinets and shelving usually go to scrap, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick, and a breakroom refrigerator goes through the appropriate refrigerant recycling channel, often SA Recycling as well.
Usable desks, chairs and bookcases may be offered to HART in McIntosh County or another organization we work with. They decide what they accept, and condition matters.
Pricing
What changes the price
Volume, access and time on site. A few desks from a ground-floor suite is the light end; a full office of workstations with stairs and a long carry is the heavy end. After-hours work is planned into the number up front.
Payment is by any major credit card, check, Venmo or Cash App, through our office. Commercial account terms may be available for approved customers.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
