Turning Over a Kingsland Apartment Before the Next Lease Starts?
Apartment Cleanout in Kingsland This Week — Call or Text
Yes, the whole unit, from a few things the last tenant left behind to every room still furnished. Send us a few pictures of the rooms and the stairwell, tell us the floor and the date it has to be empty, and we’ll come back with a firm price.
Nobody has to drag anything down to the parking lot first. The stairs, the carrying and the loading are ours.

Apartment turnovers in Kingsland
Apartments are a big part of how Kingsland has grown, right alongside the older homes, the newer subdivisions and the rental houses. The rhythm here comes from Kings Bay more than the calendar: orders come in, families arrive and leave, and leases turn over behind them. So an apartment cleanout here is nearly always tied to somebody’s date.
Two kinds of calls come in. One is a Navy family clearing the unit before they relocate, movers booked and a report date that won’t budge. The other is a property manager getting the unit ready between tenants, and that job runs on the manager’s schedule, so we work to it. Either way somebody else set the deadline, and the booking is a promise we make against it.
A complex along Colerain Road or in the neighborhoods branching off it gets planned like any other: where the truck can stop, how many flights, how long the walk is. Apartment work goes quickly when access is good. When it gets complicated, it’s usually the clock, not the furniture.
What we handle
How the unit gets emptied
The crew shows up with the dollies and straps, carries everything down from whatever floor it’s on and loads our own truck. Nothing goes into the complex’s dumpster or compactor, so no bulk-trash fee gets charged back to the unit.
If the complex has loading hours or a spot where the truck has to sit, we work inside those rules. The last pass goes through the closets, the cabinets and the balcony, so the walk-through finds an empty, swept unit and the cleaners can start.
Already gone? A property manager or a lockbox code can let us in. Managers can tell us the unit and when the next family lands, and the turnover gets handled without anybody standing over the crew.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Pricing
What changes the price
How much is going, and how hard it is to get it out. Access is the multiplier: a ground-floor unit with the door near the lot is the light end, and a top-floor walk-up with a turn in the stairs takes more for exactly the same furniture.
The drive down from Brunswick is already in the number, not tacked on later, and the number you agree to is the one you pay. It only changes if you add to the job, and you hear what it adds before anything extra is loaded.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
What we haul
What comes out of the unit
- Couches, loveseats, futons and recliners
- Mattresses, box springs and bed frames
- Dressers, nightstands, desks and bookshelves
- Dining sets and office chairs
- TVs, microwaves and mini-fridges
- Balcony and patio furniture
- Whatever the last tenant left in the closets and cabinets
After the pickup
Where it goes
We work out where each piece belongs by what it is, its condition and the job. Furniture and household goods with use left in them may be offered for donation, and the donation center decides what it accepts; condition matters.
A mini-fridge goes through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling channel. Whatever can’t be reused or recycled is disposed of properly, and that comes last.
Anything your family is giving away on its own before the move is your call. We take what’s left.
