Tenant Gone and the Kingsland Rental Still Full?
Rental Property Cleanout in Kingsland This Week — Call or Text
Yes, we clear rentals between tenants, start to finish. A couch still in the front room, mattresses in the back bedrooms, a garage nobody got to: send a few pictures of each room and the date the next lease starts, and a firm price comes back before anything is loaded.
You don’t have to babysit the job. A lockbox, a door code or a key left with a neighbor gets the crew inside.
Kingsland
Turnovers on a lease clock
Leases and orders set the pace in Kingsland far more than the calendar does. Kings Bay keeps military households arriving and leaving all year, and when a family ships out, the house or apartment they rented has to be ready for the next one by a date nobody on this end picked. What’s still inside is usually whatever wasn’t worth paying to move.
A rental in one of the neighborhoods branching off Colerain Road gets planned the way the property manager’s week runs, not ours. Whoever can get inside takes the pictures, a handyman or the tenant on the way out, and the crew is booked to your make-ready.
Camden is scheduled work, usually within the week. Give us the move-in date up front; if it’s tighter than that, you hear so straight on the call, before anything is booked, so a new tenant never opens the door to somebody else’s sofa.
What we handle
What the crew takes care of on a turnover
Anything that belongs with the unit stays put: a range, a fridge or a washer and dryer that convey with the lease, or a decent table you’d like to leave for the next tenant. Point it out and the crew works around it.
Clearing it out is only the first step of getting the house ready for the next lease. If cleaners, a painter or a flooring crew are coming behind us, tell us their day and we’ll time our work so nobody sits in the driveway. Want photos or a list of what left, for your records? Mention it when you book.
When it’s unclear who owns something, we’ll sort it out with you when we quote. Whoever books just needs the right to dispose of what’s going.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

What we haul
What comes out of a rental between tenants
- Couches, beds, dressers, tables and chairs the tenant left
- Mattresses and box springs
- Refrigerators, freezers and other appliances that aren’t yours
- Bags, boxes, clothes and closet leftovers
- Garage, attic and shed contents
- Grills, patio furniture and kids’ play equipment from the yard
Pricing
What changes the price
The number comes from what’s really there: how much of it, how far it has to be carried, and whether there’s an upstairs unit or a long walk to the truck. A handful of leftover pieces is priced by truck space, and a unit packed wall to wall is quoted as one project.
The garage, the attic and the shed move the price more than anything inside, so get them in the pictures. The drive down from Brunswick is already in the quote, and the price you approve holds unless you add to the job.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We work out where each piece belongs by what it is, the shape it’s in and the job, rather than making one trip to one place.
Furniture and housewares that still have use in them may be offered for donation. The donation center decides what it accepts, and condition matters.
Refrigerators and freezers the tenant left go through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling channel. Now and then a working appliance gets an inexpensive repair and goes to a family who needs one.
Landfill is for whatever has nowhere better to go.
