Whole House to Empty, Sheds and All, Out in Woodbine?
Whole House Cleanout in Woodbine This Week — Call or Text
Yes, we’ll empty the whole place. A house bought with everything still in it, one that’s sat vacant until somebody finally had to deal with it, a family property that has to be cleared: it’s the house and everything around it, not a room at a time.
You don’t carry anything out to the road, and you don’t sort it before the crew gets there.
What we handle
How the house gets emptied
The first thing we settle is whether anything stays. Tell us which room it’s in, or point it out on the day, and the crew works around it. Anything that looks personal, important or valuable, like papers, photographs or a box of keepsakes, is brought to you instead of decided by the crew.
Then it goes room by room, then the garage, then the buildings outside. When the last load pulls away, the house is swept and ready for the next step, whether that’s a cleaner, a contractor or a listing.
If you live somewhere else now, someone you trust can let us in, or a lockbox works fine. Whoever books the job just needs the right to dispose of what’s being removed.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
Woodbine
A whole house on a bigger property
Up here, a whole-house job rarely stops at the back door. Older properties on larger lots can come with a garage, a shed, an outbuilding or two, and things that have sat in them for years, so the house itself may turn out to be the smaller half of the work. Show us all of it in the photos, because that’s what the quote and the truck get sized to.
A house out toward Harrietts Bluff can get off the beaten path in a hurry, and that doesn’t faze us. What helps is knowing the way in: a long driveway, a gate, a stretch that goes soft after rain. A picture of the approach lets us plan where the truck stops.
A full house this far north usually earns its own day. Rather than squeezing it between other stops, we commit the trip to the one property when the volume calls for it, and you get a realistic window instead of an arrival time borrowed from a job ten minutes from the crew.

What we haul
What comes out of the house and the property
- Furniture, beds and mattresses from every room
- Closets, kitchen cabinets and bathroom cabinets

- Garage, attic and storage-room contents
- Shed and outbuilding contents
- Junk and debris piled up outside
- Whatever a seller or a tenant left behind
Pricing
What changes the price
A whole property is quoted as one project, not load by load. The number moves with how much is inside the house and the outbuildings, how far it gets carried to the truck, stairs, and how much of the outside is part of it.
The drive north is figured in up front, and we’ll give you an honest idea of how long it will take. Once it’s quoted, the price holds unless you add to the job.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
After the pickup
Where it goes
Each thing goes where it fits best, decided by what it is, the shape it’s in and the job.
Furniture and household goods in good shape may be donated, though the organization receiving them decides what it accepts, and condition matters.
An appliance with life left in it is sometimes repaired and given to a family who needs one. Dead refrigerators and freezers go through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling channel.
What has nowhere better to go is disposed of properly.
