A Whole House Full of Someone Else’s Things in St. Marys?
Whole House Cleanout in St. Marys This Week — Call or Text
Yes, we’ll take all of it. Maybe you bought a place and the seller left everything behind, a tenant walked away from half of what they owned, or a house has sat empty long enough that somebody finally has to deal with it. Either way it’s one job for the whole property, and nothing needs to be dragged to the curb first.
Photos of each room and the outside are usually enough. On a bigger house we sometimes come look in person, and either way you have a firm number before anything is loaded.
St. Marys
Emptying a whole house out toward the marsh
St. Marys has several sides, and a whole house looks different in each of them. A house out at Point Peter sits on a property running toward the water and the marsh, and that shapes the plan: where the truck can sit, how long the carry is from the back rooms, and how the crew crosses the yard without leaving a mark on it.
A lot of whole-house work in the south end of the county comes with a date attached. A rental has to be empty before the next lease, a house is going on the market and has to be photo-ready, or a family is relocating and handing the place off. Give us the date and we plan to it, or tell you honestly if it’s tighter than we can hold.
It’s about fifty minutes down from Brunswick, a routine drive for us. That drive is in the price from the start, and the arrival window we give you comes from looking at the route and the job.
What we handle
How a whole house gets emptied
The first question is whether anything stays. If nothing does, the house goes to empty. If there are things to keep, tell us which room they’re in and the crew works around them.
Then the crew works through the property room by room: furniture, beds, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, closets, the garage, the attic, and the yard if it’s part of the job. Anything that looks personal, important or valuable is brought to you, not decided by the crew.
When nobody needs time to grieve over the contents, the goal is usually to get the house empty efficiently so the next thing can start. When the last load leaves, the house is swept and ready for the cleaner, the contractor or the listing.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Pricing
What changes the price
A whole house doesn’t fit the single-load price list, so it’s quoted as one project. What moves the number is how much is inside, how far it has to be carried, stairs, and how much of the outside is included.
A long carry from the back of a property out toward the marsh counts the same way stairs do, and the drive down is figured in before you hear a price. That price holds unless the job itself changes.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
After the pickup
Where it goes
Things get sorted as they come out, and each load goes where it belongs based on what it is and the shape it’s in.
Furniture and household goods in good shape may be offered for donation; the organization decides what it accepts, and condition matters. An appliance with real life left in it is sometimes repaired and given to a family who needs one.
Refrigerators and freezers go through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling channel, metal goes to scrap recycling, and the landfill takes only what has nowhere better to go.
