- How pricing works
- Quoted per job — driven by material type and weight, rental length, placement, and location. Best value for bulky, light debris; heavy material belongs in a smaller size. No flat figure posted; call, text, or use the quote form.
The 30 yard is the big-volume size. It holds roughly nine pickup-truck loads, with a typical footprint around 22 feet long and 8 feet wide — the same length as a 20 yard — but walls near 6 feet, which is where the extra capacity comes from. Those tall walls are the trade-off: you get the most volume of any size we run, but heavier or awkward items have to go higher, so it’s a size for material you can lift or toss up, not shovel over the side.
It’s the size for the largest jobs: a full gut renovation, new construction debris, a whole-house or estate cleanout, a commercial clear-out. When the debris is voluminous and light — framing lumber, drywall, cabinetry, furniture, boxes, packaging, general construction and cleanout waste — the 30 yard swallows it in one container instead of two smaller ones.
Weight is the one place the 30 yard is not the answer. Dense, heavy debris — concrete, brick, dirt, tile, shingles — hits the weight limit at a fraction of the volume, so a 30 yard full of concrete isn’t haulable. Those jobs stay on the 10 yard and run as multiple loads. Use the 30 yard for bulk, not for weight.
Because it’s the biggest box, placement takes a little more room — the container needs a driveway run that fits its length plus the delivery truck. Everything else — the process, prohibited materials, street-placement permits — is the same across our sizes and is on the main dumpster rental page.
Who calls us
Who we run this work for.
Homeowners and contractors on a major renovation or gut — a whole-kitchen-plus down to the studs, a multi-room or whole-house remodel where the debris is continuous and voluminous. The 30 yard holds the run of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and framing without a mid-job swap.
New construction and large build projects generating steady, bulky, light debris — offcuts, packaging, framing scrap, jobsite waste — where a large container on site keeps the work moving.
Whole-house and estate cleanouts with a lot of furniture, boxes, and household volume. When the property empties over days and the pile is large but not heavy, the 30 yard is the one-container answer. When you’d rather the crew do the loading and clear it in a visit or two, our full-service estate and whole-house cleanout is the alternative.
Commercial clear-outs — an office, a retail space, a property turnover with a large, bulky volume to move.
How we do it
From the call to the haul.
Call, text, or use the quote form with the job, the material, and where the container goes. For the 30 yard especially, confirm the placement has room — the container’s length plus the delivery truck — and tell us the material, because the 30 yard is a bulk-volume size and heavy loads change the plan.
We deliver, set the roll-off on boards, and leave it for you to fill on your schedule. Load below the top rail, keep the prohibited items out, and note that the taller walls mean planning how heavier items get up and in. One call when it’s full or the job’s done and we haul it away.
The full process, the prohibited-materials list, and permit guidance are on the main dumpster rental page; this page is about whether the 30 yard is the right size for your job.

Pricing
How pricing works on these jobs.
The 30 yard is quoted per job. The number depends on the material and its weight, how long you keep the container, placement, and where you are in the service area. Because the 30 yard is a bulk-volume size, we’ll talk through the material to make sure the size and the weight match — a 30 yard is for light, bulky debris, and heavy material belongs in a smaller box. Give us the details and we’ll quote it. Call or text (912) 222-1677 or use the quote form.
