Tenant Left Belongings in Your Darien Rental?
Call or Text for the Next Rental Property Cleanout Opening in Darien
Yes, whatever the tenant left. You get the keys back, open the door, and the place is anything but empty. Every day it sits like that is a day without rent, with the cleaners and the painter waiting on it. We clear it in one planned visit and leave it swept and empty.
What we handle
What we take care of for the owner
Show us in the photos which appliances are yours and stay with the lease, and the crew works around them. A solid table or a good bed frame you’d like to keep for the next tenant stays right where it is.
There’s no babysitting involved. We let ourselves in with the lockbox or code, do the work, send pictures when it’s empty, and time the crew so the cleaners behind us aren’t left waiting in the driveway.
If it’s unclear who owns something the tenant left, we’ll talk it through with you when we quote; the person booking just needs the right to dispose of it.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
What we haul
What we clear from a rental
- Furniture the tenant left — sofas, beds, dressers and tables
- Mattresses and box springs
- Appliances that belong to the tenant, including refrigerators and freezers
- Bagged trash, clothing and closet leftovers
- Garage, attic and shed contents
- Grills, patio sets, play equipment and tires from the yard
- Carpet pulled up during the make-ready
- A whole house, cleared to swept and empty

Rental cleanouts around Darien
If you own a McIntosh County rental from somewhere else, follow-through is what you’re really hiring. When we say we’re coming, we come; when we say we’ll call back, we call back. Photos can come from a neighbor, a handyman or the departing tenant, and a lockbox gets us in. If you need photos or a list of what left for your records, tell us when you book and we’ll work with you.
A rental out here is often a house with a yard and a shed rather than a unit in a complex. After a storm season the yard can be part of the turnover — a fence section down, a shed that lost its roof, limbs along the fence line — and that comes out on the same trip as everything inside.
The rental might be a house in Cedar Point or one on Black Island near Darien. Along with the rooms, a photo of the driveway and the way in helps us plan the carry.
Darien days are routed so the drive makes sense, which means a turnover can often share the trip with other work, and the commute stays ours rather than becoming a line on your bill.
Pricing
What changes the price
What’s actually there, how far it has to be carried, and whether there are stairs or a long walk to the truck. A few leftover pieces go by truck space; a house packed with a former tenant’s belongings is quoted as one project.
The garage, the attic and the shed move the number most, so include them in the photos rather than finding a second load behind a door on the day.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
After the pickup
Where it goes
Furniture still worth using may be offered to HART in McIntosh County or another organization we work with. They decide what they accept, and condition matters.
Refrigerators and freezers go through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling or disposal channel, often SA Recycling in Brunswick, where the refrigerant is recovered.
Now and then an appliance with years left in it gets a cheap repair and goes to a family who needs one.
Electronics from a McIntosh rental go through an appropriate electronics recycling or disposal channel, such as Broadhurst, which accepts certain broken electronics; the rest is routed by material, with landfill last.
