Guests or a Tenant Gone and the St. Simons Rental Still Full?
Same-Day Rental Property Cleanout on St. Simons Often Available — Call or Text
Yes, the whole property. You get the keys back, open the door, and the place is not empty — a few bags and a broken bed frame, or a full house and a stacked garage. Either way it can’t be cleaned, painted or shown until it’s gone, and every day it waits is a day of rent nobody is paying.
St. Simons Island
Turnovers on the island
Clearing rentals between occupants is among the most common work we do here, and short-term rentals set the hardest deadlines. When a house has to be clear before the next guests arrive, a check-in time is not a suggestion, so we plan the truck, the causeway and the carry backward from it.
Owners and property managers start calling in April and keep calling until September. If you run several units, we’re set up for recurring work, and putting turnovers on the calendar ahead of those months is the difference between the slot you want and the one that’s left.
Whether the rental is in Oak Grove or down at Coast Cottages by the beach, the plan starts with two questions: how much was left behind, and how long until the next tenant or guest needs the door.
People on the island notice how a crew carries itself and what it leaves behind. Swept and empty is the normal finish, with nothing left in the driveway or by the trash cans for the neighbors to look at.
What we handle
What we take care of
You don’t have to be there or babysit the job. A lockbox, a door code or a key left with a neighbor is enough. If you need photos or a list of what left for your records, tell us when you book and we’ll work with you.
If the range, the refrigerator or the washer and dryer belong to you and stay with the lease, point them out and the crew works around them. If cleaners are booked right behind us, we time the crew so they aren’t waiting in the driveway.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for what comes out. Usable furniture and household goods may be offered to organizations we work with, such as Habitat ReStore or the Salvation Army, and they decide what they accept.
A refrigerator or freezer the tenant left goes through the appropriate refrigerant recycling channel, most often SA Recycling in Brunswick.
The rest is routed by material, with landfill last, and every load comes off the island straight to Brunswick.
What we haul
What we clear
- Furniture the tenant or guests left — sofas, beds, dressers, tables
- Mattresses and box springs
- Appliances that aren’t staying with the property
- Bagged trash, boxes, clothing and closet leftovers
- Garage, attic and shed contents
- Grills, patio furniture and yard leftovers
- Damaged items pulled out between bookings
Pricing
What changes the price
What’s actually there: how much, how far it’s carried, and whether stairs or a long walk to the truck are involved. A few leftover pieces are priced by truck space, while a house packed with a former tenant’s things is quoted as one project. Put the garage, the attic and the shed in the photos, because they can move the number a lot.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
