Tenant Moved Out and Left the Rental Full in St. Marys?
Rental Property Cleanout in St. Marys This Week — Call or Text
Yes, we’ll clear it. Furniture, mattresses, appliances that aren’t yours, bagged trash, a garage nobody got to: send a few photos of each room and the date the next lease starts, and a firm price comes back before anything is loaded.
You don’t have to drive over and unlock it for us. A lockbox, a door code or a key left with a neighbor is enough.
St. Marys
Turning a rental over on somebody else’s date
A lot of leases down here run on a calendar the landlord didn’t set. Kings Bay’s influence reaches all through the south end of the county, so orders can decide when a tenant leaves, and the next family’s arrival decides when the place has to be ready. The stretch between those two dates is when a rental gets emptied, cleaned and shown, and that’s the window we plan to.
A rental house in Sugarmill or one of the neighborhoods around it is ordinary ground for this: the driveway generally takes the truck and the work moves at a normal pace. An older house on a tighter lot takes a little more thought about where the truck sits and how things come out the door, and we work that out before anything is carried.
If you own the place from out of town, the photos can come from a neighbor, a handyman or the tenant on the way out. It’s close to an hour from Brunswick to St. Marys, and that drive is built into the number you approve, not added at the end.
What we handle
How a turnover cleanout runs
The crew carries everything from wherever it sits: upstairs bedrooms, the back of a closet, the attic hatch, the shed. Appliances that belong to you and convey with the lease stay where they are, and if the tenant left a decent table you’d like to keep for the next one, point it out and the crew leaves it where it is.
A property manager doesn’t have to babysit us. If you want photos or a list of what left for your records, mention it when you book and we’ll work with you.
The cleanout is only the first step. The cleaners, the painter, maybe a flooring crew and a showing come behind it, so give us their dates and we’ll time the crew so nobody is waiting in the driveway.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Pricing
What changes the price
How much is there, how far it has to be carried, and whether there are stairs or a long walk to the truck. A few leftover pieces are priced by how much of the truck they fill; a house packed with a former tenant’s belongings is quoted as one project.
The garage, the attic and the shed can move the number more than the rooms do, so put them in the photos. Once we agree on a price for the whole property, that’s the price; if you add something later, we tell you what it adds first.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
What we haul
What a departing tenant tends to leave
- Couches, beds, dressers and the odd table
- Mattresses and box springs
- Refrigerators, washers and dryers that aren’t yours
- Bagged trash, clothes and closet leftovers
- Garage, attic and shed contents
- Grills, patio furniture and kids’ play sets from the yard
After the pickup
Where it goes
We sort a turnover load by what each thing is, the shape it’s in and the job, and decide where it belongs from there.
Furniture in decent shape is offered for donation when that makes sense. The donation center decides what it accepts, and condition matters.
A refrigerator or freezer goes through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling channel, metal goes to scrap recycling when that’s practical, and the landfill is for what has nowhere better to go.
