Ready to Get the Old Hot Tub Out of Your Sea Island Yard?
Same-Day Hot Tub Removal on Sea Island Often Available — Call or Text
Yes, we take hot tubs and spas on Sea Island, whether it hasn’t run in two summers, the cover gave out in a storm, or it simply came with the house. Salt air and humid summers shorten the lifespan of every spa cabinet on the coast, and a heater repair can easily cost more than the tub is worth.
What we handle
How the tub comes out
The job starts with draining, which we do on site when a hose run is available. Then the cover comes off, the cabinetry comes off panel by panel, and the shell — acrylic over fiberglass over insulating foam — gets cut into manageable sections with the right blade.
So almost every hot tub gets cut down on site: the only way out of most installations is through a doorway or a gate the tub will not fit through in one piece. Crew is set by the tub and the path out, and photos of the walk from the tub to the drive tell us who to bring.
Hard-wired or plug-in, it can go. When licensed electrical or plumbing work is needed, that’s normally handled by you or a licensed pro. Show us what you have and where it is, and we’ll help figure out what’s needed and work around it.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
Sea Island
A hot tub on the island
Taking out a hot tub here is the same job as anywhere in the Golden Isles. The practical difference is getting onto the island, and we handle it: Sea Island is private, so we coordinate with the homeowner, the property manager or the caretaker before we head over, and nobody needs to wait at the house to let us in.
Whether the tub sits on a back deck off Ocean Road or anywhere else on the island, the work happens in the yard. The tub comes apart where it sits, and the sections go out through the gate and along the private drive to the truck, with no truck, trailer or crew damage to the drive, the gate or the landscaping. When we leave, the yard looks the same as it did when we showed up — minus the structure.
The deck stays intact unless it’s part of the scope, and every cut section, panel, cover and step leaves with us.

What we haul
What we take out
- Above-ground hot tubs and spas, wood or composite cabinet
- Portable, plug-in and swim spas
- Hard-wired tubs, worked out when we quote
- Covers, lifters, steps and accessories
- Tubs with a cracked shell, a dead heater or a leak
- A shed, playset, gazebo or free-standing deck on the same trip
Pricing
What sets the price
A hot tub is quoted on the job itself: its size, how it’s installed, and the path out. A tub on an open pad with a clear path out is the light version; one boxed in by decking, sunk into a surround, or carried through a narrow side gate takes more work. The island doesn’t add to it.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where the pieces go
We figure out the right destination for each part of the tub once it’s loaded.
Metal from the frame, the pump and the heater can go to scrap recycling, often SA Recycling in Brunswick.
Cut shell and foam have nothing left to give and go to proper disposal. Steps or a lifter still in good shape can be offered to a local organization, which decides whether it wants them.
