Tearing Out an Old Outdoor Kitchen on Sea Island?
Same-Day Outdoor Kitchen Removal on Sea Island Often Available — Call or Text
An outdoor kitchen is really two jobs stacked together: the equipment, and the island it sits in. The equipment comes out first, then the countertop, then the island itself gets broken down to rubble and loaded.
Salt air is often why it’s going. The stainless pits and the hinges seize, and none of that changes how it comes out.
What we haul
What we take
- Built-in grill heads, side burners and warming drawers
- Block, stucco, stone-veneer and tiled islands
- Granite, concrete and tile countertops and bar tops
- Outdoor refrigerators and under-counter coolers
- Outdoor sinks, cabinets and stainless access doors
- Modular islands and grill carts
- Patio furniture, the fire pit and planters on the same trip
What we handle
What we take care of
A modular island on a metal frame comes apart in sections and loads by hand. A built-from-block island is real light-demolition work: the top comes off in pieces, then the veneer and block are broken down and carried out.
Anything wired or plumbed gets talked through when you send photos. When licensed electrical or plumbing work is needed, that’s normally handled by you or a licensed pro. Show us what you have and where it is, and we’ll help figure out what’s needed and work around it.
Let us know about any propane tanks when you send photos, so we can figure out the right way to handle them.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Sea Island
Working behind a Sea Island house
Sea Island is private, so access is coordinated before we head over, with you, your property manager or the caretaker. That’s on us. If the outdoor kitchen is coming out ahead of a backyard project, we work around the contractor’s schedule too.
Whether the house is out toward Ocean Forest or anywhere else on the island, the planning goes into the path from the patio to the truck. Rubble is carried, not dragged across the lawn, the truck and trailer stay on the drive, and the landscaping and the gates come through without a scratch.
When it’s done, the patio is swept and the chips and grout dust are gone with the rest. If the island is the only thing going, the pavers around it stay right where they are, and we get out of your way.
Pricing
What changes the price
A built-in island is quoted as a project rather than off the load table, because what it’s made of decides the work. A modular frame with a drop-in grill is quick; a long block island with a stone top is mostly tear-out time and weight. The carry from the backyard, a pool deck in the way, and whether the pad comes out too make up the rest. Being on Sea Island adds nothing.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each part. Stainless and steel usually go to scrap, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick.
An outdoor fridge carries refrigerant, so it goes through the appropriate refrigerant recycling channel, often SA Recycling as well, where the refrigerant is recovered as part of their process.
The masonry goes where masonry goes: the block, veneer and countertop head to a destination that takes heavy material.
