Need Junk Hauled Away From a St. Simons Business?
Same-Day Commercial Junk Removal on St. Simons Often Available — Call or Text
Yes — shops, restaurants, offices and spaces between tenants. Commercial work runs differently from residential, and the difference is operational: there’s a building, a lease, a landlord, and usually a deadline somebody above you is watching. We build the job around those, not around our truck.
St. Simons Island
Business work on the island
A shop or restaurant on the Demere corridor shares the road with traffic, condos and other businesses, so a safe place to stage — and how long the crew can hold it — is settled before the day. Customers and staff walk past that spot, which is why nothing gets piled where anyone has to step around it.
For a shop mid-island in Redfern Village or a business in the Retreat Village shopping area, the work often fits best before opening or after closing, when the lot is quiet and the crew stays out of your customers’ way.
Summer is the busiest stretch for island businesses and for the causeway alike. Either way, we start early and work around your hours.
Word travels fast here, in both directions, and how a crew behaves at your door reflects on you. We work quietly, keep the space clean and leave it that way.
What we handle
What we take care of
Fixtures and furniture that come apart with hand tools are broken down on site, and equipment that’s still hooked up doesn’t stop the job. When licensed electrical or plumbing work is needed, that’s normally handled by you or a licensed pro. Show us what you have and where it is, and we’ll help figure out what’s needed and work around it.
If you need photos or a list of what left for your records, tell us when you book and we’ll work with you.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each piece. Refrigerated prep tables, ice machines and freezers go through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling channel, often SA Recycling in Brunswick.
Metal fixtures typically go to scrap, working equipment can sometimes be reused when that’s practical, and electronics go through an appropriate recycling or disposal channel.
Usable furniture may be offered to organizations we work with, which decide what they accept, and every load comes off the island to Brunswick.
Pricing
What changes the price
Volume, access, time on site and the hours the work has to run. An early-morning or after-close window factors in because the crew and the routing are planned around your window instead of ours — not as an emergency premium — and a job spread over several days is priced as one.
Payment is by any major credit card, check, Venmo or Cash App, through our office; commercial account terms may be available for approved customers.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
