Clearing a Warehouse or Storage Building on St. Simons Island?
Same-Day Warehouse Cleanout on St. Simons Island Often Available — Call or Text
Yes, we’ll clear it, back corners included. A warehouse fills up slowly: a few broken pallets, a run of shelving leaning on the wall, returns that never sold. Most of what comes out is heavy and mixed — wood, steel, cardboard, plastic and old equipment — and the job goes faster when it’s sorted as it’s loaded.
What we handle
What we take care of
Racking is usually the heaviest part of a warehouse cleanout and the part that takes the most planning. Point out the runs that are staying, and the crew takes down and hauls only the sections that are going.
We schedule around your operations, so tell us when deliveries come in. A certificate of insurance goes to whoever needs one before work begins, and for a building with a lot in it, a short walkthrough is often quicker than a long photo set.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
St. Simons Island
Storage buildings on the island
Commercial work on the island is the occasional job rather than the everyday one, and a warehouse-style cleanout here might be a storage building behind a shop in Retreat Village or a stockroom among the restaurants and shops by the pier in Pier Village. The method is the same as for a big building; the access is usually tighter.
Heavy loads are where the routing math matters most. There’s a drop-off on the island, but the material has to leave eventually, so racking steel, pallets and dead stock usually go straight across the causeway to Brunswick. When a job needs several loads, every crossing is figured into the price up front.
Close to the pier and the Village, a truck can’t sit for long in the busy months, so we work in and out efficiently rather than hold the street. On Demere, how long a crew can occupy a space is planned before the day, not discovered on it.

Pricing
What changes the price
Volume, weight, access and time on site. A stack of pallets by the door is the light end; a building with racking to take down and a long carry from the back is the heavy end, and a job that runs several days is priced that way. If it turns out bigger than the photos showed, you hear about it before we start.
We take all major credit cards, checks, Venmo and Cash App, through our office, and commercial account terms may be available for approved customers.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
What we haul
What we haul
- Pallets, broken or stacked
- Pallet racking and warehouse shelving
- Dead stock, returns and damaged inventory
- Broken shop equipment, carts and workbenches
- Scrap metal and old fixtures
- Cardboard, packaging and accumulated debris
- Furniture from the back office
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each material. Once racking is down it’s steel, and that steel usually goes to scrap, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick.
Shelving, tools and furniture that still work may be offered to an organization we work with, such as Habitat ReStore, which decides what it can use.
Everything else is routed by material, with disposal last.
