Got an Old Motorcycle Taking Up a St. Simons Garage?
Same-Day Motorcycle Removal on St. Simons Island Often Available — Call or Text
Yes. A motorcycle is narrow, tall and top-heavy, so it stays upright and strapped where it can’t tip on the way out. That small detail is the difference between a clean pickup and a scratched garage wall.
St. Simons Island
Motorcycles on the island
A bike in a condo’s parking garage off Demere is mostly about the building: where the truck can stop on a busy stretch, how long it can stay there, and a clear line from the bike to the ramps. We sort those out with you or the building ahead of time so the truck isn’t idling in anyone’s way.
Close to the Village and the Pier there’s seldom a good place to leave a truck for long. A bike that rolls makes that easy, since it’s up the ramps in minutes; one that won’t roll or steer gets carried on with more hands so the street isn’t tied up.
Some island garages hold a bike with real history — an older machine a parent rode for decades, or a project still wearing original parts. If something looks like it might carry value or meaning, we set it aside and ask you before it goes anywhere.

What we handle
What we take care of
In pieces is often easier than whole. Frame, engine, tank, wheels and the coffee can of bolts just mean a few more trips between the garage and the truck.
If the bike has no title or still has fuel in it, put that in the message with your pictures and we’ll handle it with you at the quote.
Bikes tend to leave when a garage is being reclaimed, so the helmets, saddlebags, stands and the rest of the garage can go on the same visit.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
Pricing
What changes the price
On its own a bike takes up little of the truck. The number grows with what else is going — another bike, shelves of parts, the rest of the garage — and with the carry, whether that’s through a condo garage or down a long drive.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
Where each part ends up depends on what it’s made of and the shape it’s in, and we figure that out; the truck runs straight off the island to Brunswick.
By weight a motorcycle is mostly metal — frame, engine case, wheels — and that is typically recycled as scrap, often at SA Recycling.
Seats, plastic fairings and tired riding gear go where their material allows.
