Ready to Get Your St. Simons Island Garage Back?
Same-Day Garage Cleanout on St. Simons Island Often Available — Call or Text
We clean out garages, from one corner to every shelf. It’s the job people put off longest, and the first thing worth saying is that you don’t have to apologize to us. Everybody accumulates; a full garage just means you have a garage.
What goes leaves the island for Brunswick the same day, and we work out the right place for each part of the load.
What we handle
How the cleanout runs
The work is sort-as-you-go. Everything comes out into three zones on the driveway — keep, donate, go — and you direct the traffic while we do the carrying. If we turn up a photo album, papers, jewelry or a good tool, we stop and ask rather than guess; older island homes in particular can hold things worth a second look.
The keep pile goes back neatly — shelves wiped where it makes sense, boxes stacked rather than piled — and the floor gets swept. In the attic, we lay plywood to walk on, hand heavy boxes down instead of carrying them, and rotate people out of the heat.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Island garages
An island garage fills up differently. Beach chairs and umbrellas, coolers, bikes with salt-rusted chains, the old sofa from the rental that got replaced, a decade of paint for a house that’s been repainted twice. If the house is a rental, the garage can become the spare room for every furniture swap, and turnover season is when it finally overflows.
Near the beach and around the Village, the driveway is often the only open ground, and it doubles as our sorting floor. We keep the keep, donate and go piles tight, bring the smaller truck when the street is narrow, and park so the neighbors can still get out.
The garage might belong to a house over in Hamilton Landing or one in Bellemeade. Where there’s a gate, we arrange the code or a scheduled window with you ahead of time, and a few photos of the garage are enough for a price.
Summer brings rental turnovers and more traffic on the causeway, and we plan the day around both. Attics are a different matter: an attic on this coast gets very hot in July and August, so if the job can wait, October through April is a far better window for it.

Pricing
What changes the price
Volume and time on site are the real drivers: how full the garage is and how long the sort takes. Sort time is part of the price, not a line item, so keeping a few more boxes mid-job costs you nothing extra. Carry distance and the causeway drive are folded into the one number we confirm before loading.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each part of the load, and it all travels straight off the island to Brunswick.
Working tools, bikes and furniture in good shape can go to organizations we work with, such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore. They decide what they accept, and condition matters.
Scrap metal usually goes to SA Recycling in Brunswick, and what has no better use goes to disposal.
