Clearing Out an Office on St. Simons Island?
Same-Day Office Furniture Removal on St. Simons Often Available — Call or Text
We take office furniture of every kind. The call usually means a business is closing, moving into something smaller, or finally replacing furniture from twenty years ago, and the job is almost never one piece: it’s a desk, a chair and a workstation multiplied by every seat in the office.
The loads leave the island for Brunswick as soon as they’re on the truck.
St. Simons Island
Office work on the island
Plenty of island offices sit along the Demere corridor among condos, shops and steady traffic, where a truck can’t sit in a shared lot all afternoon. After-hours work solves most of it: the lot is empty, the neighbors are closed, and the desks can move from the door to the truck without anyone waiting behind us.
The office might be a suite among the shops at Retreat Village, or in Pier Village — the south end, with restaurants, shops and the pier. Near the pier, parking is scarce for much of the year, so an evening or early start lets us get in, load quickly and get out.
Not every office is commercial. A home office in one of the larger houses off Sea Island Road can hold a heavy executive desk, built-out shelving and a wall of files, and the carry from a back study to the drive deserves the same care as the rest of the house.
Every load crosses the causeway, and in summer the traffic adds time at both ends. That’s built into the quote, and it’s one more reason evening work tends to run smoother here.
What we handle
What we take care of
Cubicles come apart at the panels, the worksurfaces and the connecting brackets, and the order matters — start at the wrong end and you’re fighting the structure. The tools for it live on the truck, because cubicles always need them.
Filing cabinets are the surprise weight, empty or full, and the crew is sized to the volume, more for a multi-suite day than a small office. If a computer or copier stores data, we work around your timing for wiping it.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Pricing
What changes the price
Volume first, then complexity — cubicles take longer than a desk and a chair — then timing, since evening and weekend work is planned around you. A couple of desks from a home office is the light end; a full suite of workstations and files is quoted as one project after photos or a walk-through.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each piece once the load is off the island in Brunswick.
Furniture in good condition can be offered to organizations we work with, such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore or the Salvation Army. They decide what they accept, and condition matters.
Steel desks, cabinets and cubicle frames usually go to scrap, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick.
