Need an Old or Storm-Tossed Trampoline Gone From a St. Simons Yard?
Same-Day Trampoline Removal on St. Simons Island Often Available — Call or Text
Can we take it? Yes. A trampoline that has sat in a yard within reach of the ocean for a few years is not the trampoline that was delivered — the frame rusts at the joints and the mat goes brittle and tears at the stitching. That makes it easier for us to break down, not harder to haul.
Storm season adds the other reason to call: families who don’t want a trampoline turning into a projectile when the wind comes up, and those who already found it in the neighbor’s hedge.
What we handle
How it comes apart
Springs first, frame second, padding and netting last. There can be sixty to a hundred-plus springs on a standard trampoline, and each one comes off with a spring-pull tool one at a time.
With the springs off, the mat releases and the frame separates at the leg joints. Years of coastal weather can make old hardware interesting, and we work rusted joints loose rather than leaving bent steel in your grass.
Anchor straps and stakes come out with the rest of the unit. If there’s a concrete pad under it, send us a few photos and tell us where it is, and we’ll tell you what it takes.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
St. Simons Island
Trampolines on the island
Toward the Village and the pier, congestion and parking are the whole problem in the busy months. There’s rarely a good spot to leave a truck for long, so the plan is to arrive with the right tools, work steadily, and be gone — not to hold a block while the springs come off.
That might be a yard a few streets from Pier Village, with its restaurants, shops and the pier, or a backyard in Coast Cottages by the beach. A photo of the trampoline and the path from the yard to the street is enough to plan either.
After a blow, the island’s schedule changes fast and urgent cleanup comes first. A trampoline that’s down in a fence or across a walkway gets handled in the order that makes sense, and we keep you posted with an honest time rather than an optimistic one.
If it’s a rental, the trampoline in the yard can be the thing between you and the next guests. We plan the teardown so the yard is clear before check-in.

After the pickup
Where it ends up
We figure out the right destination by material. The steel frame and springs are scrap metal, and scrap usually goes to SA Recycling in Brunswick.
A sun-rotted mat, foam pads and netting aren’t good for much else, so they go to disposal when nothing more useful remains.
The whole load comes straight off the island to Brunswick.

Pricing
What changes the price
Size and condition. A standard round family trampoline is the light end; a large or double-mat unit with rusted hardware is the heavy end, because the spring pull and the seized joints take longer. None of it is hard work. It is just slow, and slow is what we price.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
