Who Takes Down an Old Trampoline in Darien?
Call or Text for the Next Trampoline Removal Opening in Darien
Can we take your trampoline? Yes, in whatever shape it’s in. One that has sat through a few McIntosh County summers looks nothing like the one that came in the box — the frame rusts at the joints and the mat goes brittle and tears at the stitching. That makes no difference to us. It comes apart springs first, frame second, padding and netting last, and every piece goes on the truck.
What we haul
The trampolines we take
- Standard round backyard trampolines
- Oval and rectangular trampolines
- Springless rod-and-bungee designs
- Safety enclosures, poles and netting
- In-ground and sunken trampolines
- Storm-bent frames and torn mats
- Attached basketball hoops, ladders and accessories
What we handle
How we take it apart
The springs are the part that takes time. A standard round frame can carry sixty to a hundred or more, and each one comes off with a spring-pull tool, which we bring. Once they’re off, the mat lets go and the frame separates at the leg joints. None of it is hard work — it’s patient work, and it’s ours.
Anchor straps and stakes come up with the rest of the unit. For a sunken trampoline or one tied into concrete, send us a few photos and tell us where it is, and we’ll tell you what it takes.

Darien
Trampolines around Darien
Out here the trampoline question tends to come up around storms. Before one, families want it down so it can’t become a projectile across the yard. After one, it’s a frame folded against the fence or a mat that landed in the next lot, mixed in with downed limbs and a shed that lost part of its roof. Rural yards collect debris fast when the wind gets through, and the bent frame goes on the truck with the rest of it.
Whether the frame sits in a backyard in Carnigan or behind a house out at the Eulonia crossroads, it comes apart the same way. The outlying stretches between Darien and the north end of the county are inside the area we cover, and a run that far is planned as part of a Darien day — sometimes alongside other stops — instead of squeezed in as an afterthought.
Sometimes the trampoline goes because the house is about to be listed, or because a family is finally working through a property after the kids have grown and gone. It is seldom alone then: the swing set, an above-ground pool, an old grill and the garage can all be planned as one visit, or spread over passes at the family’s pace.
Pricing
What changes the price
Size and condition. A standard round family trampoline is the light end; a large rectangular unit, or one whose rusted frame has to be persuaded apart joint by joint, takes longer. Years of coastal weather can make old hardware stubborn.
Where it sits matters a little too. A trampoline behind the house at the end of a long dirt drive is a longer carry than one beside the driveway, and that’s built into the quote from the start.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
After the pickup
Where it goes
The steel frame, springs and enclosure poles usually go to scrap at SA Recycling in Brunswick.
The mat, padding and netting go to disposal. Each piece goes where its material sends it.
