Pricing
How pricing works.
What central vacuum removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
A central vac and its hose kit take very little room, so on their own they sit in the smallest tier, and alongside a garage load they barely register. What moves the number is everything else going with them. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
The short version

- What’s included

- Hoses, power heads and attachment kits
- Hose hangers and spare bags and filters
- Dust in the bin bagged up
- Working systems offered for donation where an organization can use them
- How pricing works
- Very little truck space, so it's the smallest tier on its own and barely adds to a bigger load. Firm price from photos.

Part of our Appliance Removal service
Yes, we remove central vacuum systems. The part most people want gone is the canister — the motor and dirt bin hanging on a bracket in the garage, a utility room or a closet — along with the long hose, the power head and the box of wands and brushes that came with the house.
These systems were built to last, and plenty of them end up unused. A house changes hands and the new owners would rather have a cordless stick. Or the motor finally burns out and the replacement costs more than anyone wants to spend. Either way, the canister comes off its bracket and out to the truck, and the spot it hung in is swept when we leave.
Some of it can have another life. A working canister with its hose may suit one of the donation organizations we work with, such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore, which decides what it accepts — condition matters. Metal parts that are finished go to scrap recycling when it’s practical, and the rest leaves with the load.

How we work
Central Vacuum Pickup at Brunswick Homes
The canister is the easy part of this one: light enough for one person once it’s off the bracket. The crew still takes care not to scrape the drywall, the water heater or the garage shelving packed in around it, and the dust in the bin goes into a bag so none of it ends up on your floor. When licensed electrical or plumbing work is needed, that’s normally handled by you or a licensed pro. Show us what you have and where it is, and we’ll help figure out what’s needed and work around it.
If you’re wondering about what runs inside the house behind the outlets, send us a few photos and tell us where it is, and we’ll tell you what it takes. The hose, the power head, the spare bags and the old upright you’ve been using instead can all go on the same trip.
Whether the house is an established home in Parkwood or a newer one in the development around Harry Driggers Boulevard, a central vac usually hangs in the garage, a utility room or a closet, and the carry out to the truck is short. What takes care is the space around it: the water heater beside it, the shelving, the car that has to back out first. The crew works around all of it and leaves the spot swept. A photo or two of the canister and what’s next to it is plenty for a price at any house in Brunswick.
