Pricing
How pricing works.
What dirt removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
Here the price follows quantity, weight, access and what kind of material it is. A few bags of potting soil or a wheelbarrow-sized pile can ride along with anything else on the truck. A pile that has to be wheeled across a backyard takes longer, and wet ground or a big quantity can mean more than one trip, which we plan and price up front. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Construction Debris Removal service
Yes, we haul dirt. Usually it’s what’s left when a project is done: the mound from a pool or a footing, topsoil that got delivered and never spread, the soil out of raised beds and big planters, a pile somebody dug out to level a yard. Sandbags are their own version of it down here — stacked against a door before a storm and still sitting there months later, splitting open in the sun.
This kind of job is about weight more than space. Wet soil weighs a good deal more than dry, and it’s rarely dry here for long, so a pile you could shovel in an afternoon can still be more weight than a whole room of furniture. That’s why quantity, weight, access and the kind of material set the price, not just how much of the truck it fills.
What’s in the pile matters too. Clean fill, a pile with roots and sod mixed through it, and one with broken brick or block in it are each handled a little differently. Sand and shell, pea rock and river rock are their own kinds of load as well. We work out where each one goes based on what it is — you don’t have to sort any of it.

How we work
Hauling a Leftover Dirt Pile Off a Brunswick Lot
Where the pile sits is half the job. A mound at the end of the driveway is a short trip to the truck. The same mound in a fenced backyard means every load gets wheeled out through the gate, and soft ground after a rain can keep the truck farther back than anyone would like. We bring the truck, a dump trailer or other equipment sized to how much there is, and the spot gets raked clean when the pile is gone.
Bigger quantities — a lot being cleared, a yard of fill, the spoil from an excavation — are something we evaluate and quote. Send a few photos with something in the shot for scale, tell us roughly how deep the pile goes and where it sits, and we’ll tell you what it takes, including whether it’s more than one trip.
A pile of dirt in a Brunswick yard usually means a project just wrapped up. It might be a newer house around Harry Driggers Boulevard where the backyard got leveled and the extra soil never left, or a place along Blythe Island Highway where a pool or a slab went in. Either way the pile tends to sit until grass starts growing on top of it. A photo of the pile with something in it for scale, and a look at how close a truck can get, is all we need to price it. The yard gets raked when it’s gone, for any lot across Glynn County.
