Yes — reformers, cadillac tables, chairs, barrels and barres. A reformer isn’t especially heavy for its size. The trouble is that it’s long: a sliding carriage on a pair of rails, a footbar at one end, springs underneath and ropes or straps at the other. Carried whole, it’s a long, stiff piece that has to swing around every corner and stair landing on the way out.
So we shorten it. The springs unhook, the ropes and straps come off, the footbar and shoulder blocks come loose, and the carriage slides off its rails. Some home reformers fold or stand on end and only need to be strapped. A cadillac table is the tall one — a padded table with a canopy frame of bars over it — and the frame comes apart from the table before anything moves.
These machines are also finished like furniture: wood or polished aluminum, upholstered pads. They get wrapped in moving blankets for the carry, because a reformer that still works is worth keeping nice for whoever might use it next.

How we work
