Clearing Out a Condo You Own in Darien?
Call or Text for the Next Condo Cleanout Opening in Darien
Yes, we’ll take care of the condo. Most condos hold a good deal less than a house; the work is everything between the unit and the truck — the hallway, the stairs or the elevator, the parking, and whatever rules the association keeps. We work to the building and haul every piece away ourselves.
What we haul
What we clear from a condo
- Sofas, sectionals, beds and dressers
- Dining sets and entertainment centers
- Mattresses and box springs
- Balcony and patio furniture
- Refrigerators, washers, dryers and microwaves
- TVs and electronics
- Kitchen, closet and storage-room contents
- The old furniture, ahead of the new set’s arrival
What we handle
What we work out with the building
Tell us who manages the building and we work within whatever they require: elevator pads, a loading window, where the truck may park. If the manager needs anything from us ahead of time, we take care of it.
Every piece leaves on our truck, so nothing ends up beside the building’s dumpster or in the trash room. Whatever has to come apart to fit through a door gets taken apart.
A washer hookup or a wired-in fixture can come up in a condo. When licensed electrical or plumbing work is needed, that’s normally handled by you or a licensed pro. Show us what you have and where it is, and we’ll help figure out what’s needed and work around it.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
Darien
Condo cleanouts around Darien
A McIntosh County condo is often handled from a distance. A parent owned the unit and it has come to the family to empty, or it’s a second home on the coast that’s finally getting refreshed. When the owner lives somewhere else, the whole job runs on photos, arranged access and follow-through — if we say we’ll call back, we call back, and if we say we’re coming, we come.
The condo might be down in Shellman Bluff or over in Meridian by the Sapelo Island ferry landing. Photos of each room plus the entrance and the parking area are what the plan for the carry comes from.
Darien is its own place, neither Brunswick nor an island, and condo work here lives inside a planned Darien day rather than a quick hop across town. A single unit is often paired with other stops on the trip, and the drive is worked into the day from the start.
Pricing
What changes the price
How much of the truck it fills, plus the carry: the floor, the length of the hallway, whether there’s an elevator. A ground-floor unit near the lot is lighter work than a top-floor unit at the end of a long hall, even with identical furniture.
Any loading rules that shape the day — a narrow window, one permitted parking spot — are planned into the number from the start.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
After the pickup
Where it goes
Refrigerators and other refrigerant appliances go through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling or disposal channel, often SA Recycling in Brunswick.
Furniture in good shape may be offered to HART in McIntosh County or another organization we work with; they decide what they accept, and condition matters.
TVs and electronics from a McIntosh condo usually go to Broadhurst, which accepts certain broken electronics, and the rest is routed by material.
