Clearing Out a Condo on St. Simons Island?
Same-Day Condo Cleanout on St. Simons Island Often Available — Call or Text
Yes, we clear condos: for a sale, ahead of new furniture, for a second home finally getting refreshed, or when a parent’s unit has come to you to empty. Most condos hold a lot less than a house.
What makes it a job is everything between the unit and the truck: the hallway, an elevator that other owners are trying to use, and a parking lot that wasn’t built for a truck.
What we haul
What we clear from a condo
- Sofas, sectionals, beds, dressers and dining sets
- Mattresses and box springs
- Balcony furniture and grills
- Refrigerators, washers, dryers and microwaves
- TVs, entertainment centers and electronics
- Kitchen, closet and storage-room contents
St. Simons Island
Condo work on the island
On the Demere corridor, condos share the road with traffic and businesses, and where a crew can stop, how long it can hold that spot and how quickly furniture moves from the door to the truck become the job itself. We find a safe place to stage before the first piece leaves the unit, rather than improvising in a fire lane.
The unit might be in Mariners Landing or Shadow Brook Village, or in a building near the Village where parking is scarce and the right approach is to get in, work efficiently and get out. Either way, a photo of the parking area or the building entrance helps us plan as much as a photo of the living room does.
Elevators, narrow access and association requirements all shape how a condo job is planned here. You don’t need to become an expert on your building: tell us who manages it, and we work within whatever they require, keeping the hallway clear between trips.
A parent’s unit can hold more than furniture. If something might have value or meaning, we set it aside and ask before it goes anywhere.

What we handle
What we work out with you and the building
We take apart what needs taking apart to fit through a door. Nothing goes in the building’s dumpster or trash room; everything leaves on our truck.
If new furniture is coming, the old pieces need to be out before the delivery shows up, so we schedule ahead of it. If you’re off the island, send photos, tell us what stays, and we’ll arrange access with you and the building.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
Pricing
What changes the price
A condo is priced by how much of the truck the load fills, plus the carry: the floor, the hallway, the elevator and any loading rules that shape the day. A ground-floor unit near the parking lot is a lighter job than a top-floor unit at the end of a long hallway, even with the same furniture, and the causeway is counted in up front.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each piece. Furniture in good shape may be offered to an organization we work with if they can use it, and they decide what they accept.
Refrigerators and other refrigerant appliances go through the appropriate recycling channel, often SA Recycling in Brunswick. The rest is routed by what it’s made of, and the whole load comes off the island straight to Brunswick.
