Call or Text for the Next Cabinet Removal Opening in Darien
Can we take the old cabinets? Yes. Solid wood, swollen particleboard, an old metal kitchen cabinet, the vanity from the hall bath, and the laminate, tile or stone countertops — all of it goes. If the countertops are leaving too, we scope both together on one trip.

Cabinets and countertops around Darien
The kitchen is where a lot of McIntosh County houses get their update when they change hands. A family inherits a place that has been sitting, or a parent moves somewhere smaller, and the first real project is the kitchen. The old cabinets, the counters and often a tired appliance or two all have to leave before anything new comes in.
A kitchen being redone down in Valona or over in Pine Harbor is going to produce more than cabinet boxes. Because the drive from Brunswick is built into how we plan a Darien day, it makes sense to put the cabinets, the counters and the rest of the remodel debris on one trip rather than two.
An old kitchen is a mixed load, and that’s where knowing the county’s facility pays off. It turns away electronics and hazardous material like paint, so a kitchen load doesn’t simply end there: an under-cabinet radio or a microwave with a dead display goes a different way than the cabinet boxes. The material sets the route.

What we handle
What we work out
We read the cabinets before we lift them. Old particleboard boxes — especially anything that has lived under a leaking sink — tend to crumble, so we plan to carry them as broken-down debris. Solid wood generally travels in one piece, which keeps a reuse path open.
A galley kitchen with a tight doorway adds time, and a stone countertop needs enough hands for the carry, so we plan both from your photos. When licensed electrical or plumbing work is needed, that’s normally handled by you or a licensed pro. Show us what you have and where it is, and we’ll help figure out what’s needed and work around it.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
After the pickup
Where it goes
Solid-wood cabinets in good shape are worth offering to organizations we work with, such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore or HART in McIntosh County. They decide what they accept and condition matters, so it’s never a promise.
Metal cabinets, hinges and sink parts usually go to scrap at SA Recycling in Brunswick.
Crumbled particleboard and worn-out countertops go to disposal once nothing better is left for them.
Pricing
What changes the price
How much cabinetry there is, how much room it takes on the truck, and how easy the room is to reach. A single vanity is a small job; a full kitchen with uppers, bases, an island and stone tops is a bigger one.
If the cabinets are one part of a larger Darien cleanout, we look at the whole property and price it together, often in stages, so you know what each part costs.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
