Need a Peloton or Old Exercise Bike Gone From Your St. Simons Place?
Same-Day Exercise Bike Removal on St. Simons Often Available — Call or Text
Can we take it? Yes. Standard uprights, recumbents, spin bikes, smart bikes. Whether it was ridden every morning or hasn’t moved since the first spring, we just take the bike, and you don’t need to test or fix anything first.
The type tells us most of the job. A spin bike’s flywheel adds inertia the carry has to respect, a recumbent is long and awkward on a turn, and a smart bike has a screen that needs looking after.
St. Simons Island
Bikes in island condos and homes
When the bike is in a condo along the Demere corridor, the bike is the easy part. Where the truck can stop, how long it can sit, and getting from the unit door to the curb without blocking anybody are what we plan, along with the elevator, before we come.
In a house the bike may be in a spare bedroom of a home in Hampton Plantation or a converted office out at St. Simons Island Club. A recumbent coming off an upper floor may lose its seat-back for the turn.
Estate cleanouts turn up exercise bikes in back bedrooms and offices, usually next to things a family will want to look through. We don’t rush those houses: anything that might matter gets set aside and shown to you before it goes on the truck.

What we handle
What we take care of
On a smart bike we unplug the power cord and, when the carry calls for it, take the touchscreen off the handlebar mount. The screen is the most fragile piece, so it gets wrapped or carried on its own.
On a recumbent the seat-back unbolts on most builds, which lowers it enough to get round a tight stairwell. Spin bikes stay whole; we just carry them with the flywheel’s weight in mind.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
After the pickup
Where the bike goes
We figure out the right destination bike by bike. A working smart bike in good condition can be donated when an organization we work with can use it, and they decide what they accept.
On a bike that’s done, the screen goes through the appropriate electronics recycling or disposal channel when that applies, and the steel frame usually goes for scrap, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick.
Whichever it is, the bike leaves the island with the load and heads straight into Brunswick.
Pricing
What changes the price
Type and access. An upright from a ground-floor room is the light end; a smart bike from a top-floor condo is the heavy end. Recumbents fall between, because the awkward shape adds time even when the weight doesn’t.
Building time counts too: an elevator wait or a long hallway on the corridor is part of the number we give you from the photos, not a surprise later.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
