Pricing
How pricing works.
What pontoon removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
Pontoons are quoted one boat at a time from photos rather than off the truck-load table, because the length, how waterlogged the deck is, and whether it leaves whole or in pieces decide the work. Access is the other driver: how far from the road, how soft the ground, how wide the gate. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Light Demolition service
A pontoon is two or three aluminum tubes with a plywood deck, a fence, furniture and a motor bolted on top, and it fails from the top down. The tubes usually outlast everything else. What goes first is the deck: plywood that has drunk water for years, marine vinyl split by the sun, seat cushions that are more mildew than foam, and a carpet that holds water like a sponge. That’s why an old pontoon weighs more than anyone remembers and why it rarely comes apart cleanly.
It also changes how the job runs. A pontoon is wide — wider than most trailers want to carry anything else — and a long one doesn’t turn through a side yard gate. Sometimes it can be lifted and loaded whole. Often the sensible way is to take the fence, furniture and rotten deck off on site and deal with the tubes and frame as their own load, because the aluminum and the rotten wood go to very different places.
Pontoons sit where people live on the water — a waterfront lot on Tolomato Island, a back-river property, a lake house inland. Wherever it is, the route between the boat and the road — soft ground, a narrow gate, low limbs — matters more than its length.

How we work
Pontoon Boats Beside the Water Around Brunswick
We work out from your photos whether it leaves whole or in pieces. Whole is the simplest version when the tubes and frame are sound and we can get equipment to it. When the deck is rotten or the access is tight, the fence, furniture and decking come off where it sits and the tubes and frame follow. Either way the spot should look like a boat was removed, not like one was taken apart there.
A pontoon takes more planning than most pickups, so a few days’ notice helps. Fuel left in the tank, an old battery, paperwork — mention it with your photos and we’ll sort it out with you when we quote.
The motor, the trailer and the lake gear that came with it go in the same job.
Out toward Blythe Island or on a waterfront property around the Turtle River area, a pontoon may have spent its last seasons beside the water, and a soft deck adds weight a photo doesn’t show. A tight side yard or soft ground near the bank decides whether it leaves whole or the fence, seats and decking come off first. A few days’ notice lets us plan that properly. Send photos of the tubes, the deck and the route to the road, and tell us whether there’s a trailer under it; we’ll take it from there on the water side of Glynn County.
