Pricing
How pricing works.
What restaurant furniture removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
Restaurant furniture prices by count as much as size. A handful of broken chairs and a booth is a small load. A full dining room of booths, forty chairs, the bar stools and the patio set fills a truck, and booths fastened down take longer than ones that sit loose. Working after close is planned into the number from the start. If you add the kitchen or the storage room on the day, we’ll tell you what it adds and you decide. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Commercial Junk Removal service
Yes — restaurant furniture is something we take, one booth or the whole dining room. It’s a different animal from household furniture, though. Restaurant pieces are built to take a beating every night for years, so they’re heavier, they’re fastened down, and there are a lot of them.
Booths are the big part. Most are runs of upholstered benches screwed to the floor or the wall, sometimes with a wood or laminate back that ties two booths together. They come apart in sections with hand tools and go out the door one piece at a time instead of as a long run that won’t make the turn. Tables are mostly a top on a cast-iron or steel pedestal base, and that base is where the weight is — the tops stack, the bases get carried two hands to one.
Then there’s the count. Forty chairs, a dozen bar stools, high-tops, the host stand, a waiting bench, the patio tables that have sat out in the salt air since the place opened. None of it is hard by itself. It’s volume, and it’s worth planning how it comes out so the job moves quickly.

How we work
Moving Restaurant Furniture Out of a Brunswick Dining Room
The dining room usually comes out in a set order: chairs and stools first so there’s floor to work on, then the tables, then the booths, and the bar furniture last. Tops and bases get separated so they stack on the truck instead of rolling around in it. The crew puts down protection where the path crosses tile or a finished floor and carries the heavy bases rather than dragging them.
Most of a dining room leaves through the front door, which is good news — it’s usually wider than the back. If the place is still open, we can come after close so nobody eats lunch next to a crew pulling booths. If you’re taking over a space a previous tenant left full, the job is the same, just with no one to ask what anything was for.
Where it goes depends on what it is and the shape it’s in. Metal bases, chair frames and aluminum patio sets often go to scrap recycling, such as SA Recycling in Brunswick. Chairs and tables in good shape may find a second life through the donation organizations we work with — they decide what they’ll accept, and condition matters. Torn vinyl booths and worn-out pieces leave with the rest of the load.
A dining room in one of the older storefronts around Newcastle Street in Downtown Brunswick tends to have a narrow front door, a step at the sidewalk and booths built in when the building was laid out for something else. A spot out along the Altama Avenue corridor is more likely a newer box with a wide entry and a parking lot the truck can back up to. Either way, the booths come apart in sections and the tables leave without their bases, so nothing gets wrestled through the door. Send a few photos of the room and the way out, and we’ll price it for any restaurant in Brunswick.
