Renovating a Hotel in Brunswick? We Clear the Old Furniture

Pricing
How pricing works.
What hotel furniture removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
A renovation is quoted as a project: how many rooms, what’s in each, the elevator and dock situation, and how the work is spread across days. A handful of rooms on one floor is a short schedule; a whole property in phases is a longer one, priced as a whole rather than trip by trip. Payment is by any major credit card, check, Venmo or Cash App, handled through our office; commercial account terms may be available for approved customers. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Furniture Removal service
A hotel renovation doesn’t need a pile hauled. It needs rooms emptied in the order the contractor is working, on the days the rooms are out of service, without the old furniture sitting in the hallway when a guest steps off the elevator. That’s the difference between this and an ordinary furniture pickup, and it’s how we plan it.
Tell us the renovation sequence — which rooms or floors, which days — and we schedule the removal against it. The FF&E comes out room by room: casegoods, headboard panels, mirrors, mattresses and box springs, chairs, the luggage racks and the mini-bar cabinets. Lobby, banquet and back-of-house pieces can go in the same run or their own. When the volume is more than one trip, we plan it as scheduled trips, with a truck, trailers or a dumpster sized to the job.
Hotel furniture in good shape can have a real second life, and places like the Salvation Army, Habitat for Humanity ReStore and Goodwill are among those we work with. They decide what they take and how much of it they can use, so it’s a reasonable effort, never a promise. Metal bed bases and carts usually go to scrap, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick.

How we work
Hotel Furniture From Brunswick Motels, Room by Room
Guest floors mean elevators, and elevators mean timing. We work out which car we can use and when, protect the walls and corners on the way, and stage the load so nothing blocks a corridor longer than it has to. A loading dock helps; a front drive that guests use needs more care.
Along the Demere corridor on St. Simons — traffic, condos, businesses — safe staging is part of the job, and we plan where the truck sits before anything comes down. If you need photos or a list of what left for your records, tell us when you book and we’ll work with you.
Not every hotel renovation is on the islands. A motel or inn on the Norwich Street corridor can be emptied room by room on the contractor’s schedule, and casegoods pulled early and stored in a warehouse in the Sterling Industrial Park area can be cleared in one run. Tell us which rooms or floors are out of service and on which days, and the removal is scheduled against it. Mattresses, headboard panels and luggage racks go too. Good pieces get a reasonable try with places like the Salvation Army or Habitat ReStore, who decide what they can use. It’s planned the same way for commercial properties throughout Brunswick.
