Pricing
How pricing works.
What restaurant equipment removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
One mixer or a single prep table prices off the load table. A full kitchen is quoted as a project from photos, since the amount of stainless, the route to the back door, and whether the work has to fit around service hours decide the time. Payment is by any major credit card, Venmo or Cash App, handled through our office; commercial account terms may be available for approved customers. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Commercial Junk Removal service
A commercial kitchen comes out in a different order than it went in. The smalls go first — slicers, mixers, warmers, the espresso machine — so there’s room to work. Then the line: ranges, griddles, ovens, steam tables. Then the big pieces that everything else was built around, the three-compartment sink, the dish machine, the long prep tables. Each one is heavy stainless, and each one has to fit through a back door that was sized for deliveries, not for leaving.
Most of what’s in a kitchen is metal, and the stainless and steel typically go to scrap at SA Recycling in Brunswick. Ice machines and anything refrigerated go through the appropriate appliance and refrigerant recycling or disposal channel, often SA Recycling too, where the refrigerant is recovered as part of their process. Equipment that still works may be worth more to another kitchen than to the scrap pile, and we’ll make a reasonable effort there — whoever receives it decides, so it’s never a promise.
Timing matters as much as lifting. A kitchen that’s still serving needs the work done around service, after close where that fits. One that’s already closed needs it done before the landlord’s date.

How we work
Clearing Restaurant Equipment From a Brunswick Kitchen
The route out of a kitchen is the whole job. Narrow lines, rubber floor mats, a step down to the alley, a dumpster parked where the truck needs to be. We look at that in your photos before we look at the equipment, because it decides how many hands and how much time.
For a kitchen in Pier Village — the south end, with its restaurants, shops and the pier — congestion and parking come with the address, so the plan there is to get in and get out efficiently. Wherever the kitchen is, equipment still tied into the building gets talked through at the estimate, and we size the truck or trailer to what’s coming out.
A commercial kitchen in a building off Community Road or a kitchen at a business along the Glynn Avenue corridor comes out smalls first, then the line, then the sinks and prep tables everything else was built around. Stainless and steel typically go to scrap, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick, and ice machines and refrigerated units go through the appropriate refrigerant recycling channel. If you’re still serving, we can work after close where that fits; if the landlord has a date, tell us the date. Photos of the route to the back door matter as much as the equipment. Wherever the kitchen is in the Brunswick area, we quote it as one project.
