Who Takes Boxes of Old Small Appliances in Brunswick?

Pricing
How pricing works.
What small appliance removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
Small appliances are priced by the room they take, so a few boxes of them barely move the number when they ride with a couch or a refrigerator — tell us about the big pieces too and we’ll price it as one load. A kitchen and a couple of closets’ worth on their own usually lands in one of the smaller tiers, depending on the count and the carry. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Appliance Removal service
Yes, we take small appliances, and almost nobody calls about just one. It’s the cabinet over the refrigerator packed with a bread machine and a fondue pot, the hall closet with two uprights and a canister vacuum, the garage shelf of box fans and space heaters that each got replaced and never thrown out. One at a time they’re nothing. All together they’re a real afternoon of carrying, and that’s the part we do.
Most of these turn up in the middle of something bigger: a kitchen cleared for a remodel, a parent’s house after a move into assisted living, a downsizing where the new place has half the cupboards. The crew works through the cabinets and closets with you, boxes what’s going, and carries it out. Nothing has to be staged in the driveway first.
Some of it still works. A stand mixer still in its box from a wedding, a pressure cooker used twice, a good pedestal fan — pieces like that may suit one of the donation organizations we work with, such as the Salvation Army or Habitat for Humanity ReStore. They decide what they accept, and condition matters. Metal that’s finished gets sorted out for scrap recycling when it’s practical, and the rest leaves with the load.

How we work
Clearing Small Appliances Out of Brunswick Kitchens
Small appliances are a carrying job, not a lifting one. The work is in the trips: cabinets cleared shelf by shelf, closets gone through, everything boxed or bagged so nothing rattles loose on the truck. An old stand mixer or a floor buffer weighs more than it looks, and a garage shelf of heaters is a pile of awkward shapes, so the crew plans the carry around how much there is and where it sits.
A kerosene heater can go with everything else. If something still has fuel in it, mention that with your photos and we’ll work out the safest way to handle it. A ceiling fan or chandelier that’s still hanging is wired in; if anything special is needed, we’ll sort it out with you when we quote.
What usually rides along is the rest of the kitchen or the closet — the microwave, the dish rack, the pots nobody cooks in anymore, a dehumidifier from the garage. A few photos of the cabinets and shelves are enough for us to see it all.
A kitchen in an older house in Arco might have small appliances tucked everywhere — the cabinet over the stove, the pantry shelf, the back bedroom closet where the extra fans ended up. A home on one of the properties running north along Highway 17 North can hold just as many in the garage. Either way the job runs the same: the crew works cabinet by cabinet, boxes it up, carries it out and cleans up before leaving. A few photos of the shelves are plenty, and we’ll price it for any kitchen in Brunswick.
