On Jekyll, outdoor sets tend to turn over on a rental rhythm. Property managers schedule replacements around guest windows, and those windows stay fairly consistent from spring through fall, so old sets usually come out between stays rather than all at once.
A balcony set at a place near South Beach and a row of chairs on a deck looking out toward the Great Dunes come down the same way. We carry the pieces down, stack the chairs together, and keep any glass apart from the rest.
Storms change the order of things. After a big one, debris and urgent cleanup take priority on the island, and wrecked patio sets usually go out as part of a larger storm load. Either way, nothing gets left at a curb; it all leaves the island with us.

What we handle
How a patio pickup goes
We check a glass top first. Most lift off their pads or clips and ride separately, wrapped, and broken glass from storm-damaged tables gets bagged separately for safety.
Outdoor sectionals are the heaviest pieces, more so with soaked cushions, so we plan the crew for them. Chairs, side tables and umbrellas are quick by comparison, since the chairs stack and ride together on the truck.
Old set out and new set in on one visit works too, when the delivery lines up.

Pricing
What changes the price
Volume and weight drive it. A few chairs are the light end; a full set with a sectional, a table and an umbrella from an upper balcony is more work, and storm-damaged pieces mixed into other debris are priced with the larger cleanup.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We sort as we load. Aluminum and steel frames usually go to scrap-metal recycling, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick, and pitted aluminum still recycles cleanly.
Cushions, umbrella fabric and plain resin pieces usually go to disposal.
A sturdy set in good shape may be offered to a local organization, which decides whether it can use it.
