Need a Whole Sea Island House Emptied, Top to Bottom?
Same-Day Whole House Cleanout on Sea Island Often Available — Call or Text
Yes, we empty entire houses on Sea Island. Sometimes there’s an estate behind it, sometimes a sale, sometimes a house that came with the last owner’s things still in it. Whatever the reason, once you’re inside it looks the same: furniture in every room, closets and cabinets that haven’t been opened in a while, a garage nobody can walk through, an attic, maybe a shed and a yard.
Sea Island
Clearing a whole house on the island
On a job this size, the one thing that’s different about Sea Island is getting onto it. The island is private, so before the first truck heads over we set up access with whoever looks after the house: the owner, the property manager, the caretaker, or the family member settling things. You tell us who that is. The arranging is ours.
When the owners aren’t on the island, nobody has to stay behind to let us in or watch the work. We agree on access and timing with the manager or caretaker, and a house farther up Sea Island Drive gets the same plan as any other: the whole property, not a room at a time.
Emptying a house means many trips between the front door and the truck, and that’s where the care shows. We’re careful with the house, the private drive, the gates and the landscaping on every one of them, with no truck, trailer or crew damage, and everything on the list goes. When the last load leaves, the house is swept out and ready for whatever comes next.
What we handle
How the house gets emptied
The crew works through the property room by room: furniture and beds, closets and dressers, kitchen and bathroom cabinets, appliances, then the garage, the attic, and the shed or yard if they’re included. Nothing has to be moved to the curb first.
The first question is whether anything stays. If the family or the new owner is keeping pieces, just say which rooms they’re in. Anything we come across that looks personal, important or valuable gets brought to your attention, not decided by the crew.
The second is the finish line. For some owners that means the furniture and the junk are gone; for others, broom-clean and ready for a cleaner, a painter, a contractor or a listing photographer. Tell us which, and the quote is built around it.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Pricing
What sets the price
A whole house doesn’t fit the single-load price list, so it’s quoted as one project after photos or a walkthrough. What drives the number is how much is inside, how far it has to be carried, stairs, and how much of the outside — garage, shed, yard — is included.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it all goes
Things get sorted as they come out, and we figure out the right destination for each part of the load.
Refrigerators, freezers and other refrigerant appliances usually go to SA Recycling in Brunswick, where the refrigerant is recovered, and scrap metal often goes there as well.
Furniture and household goods in good shape may be offered to local organizations we work with, such as Habitat for Humanity ReStore or the Salvation Army. They decide what they take, and condition matters.
