Need a St. Simons Foreclosure Cleanout for a House or Condo?
Same-Day Foreclosure Cleanout on St. Simons Often Available — Call or Text
Yes. Sofas, beds, a dead refrigerator with the food still inside, closets of clothes, a garage nobody touched — we clear all of it, we don’t make judgments about who lived there, and the place is left swept and ready to list.
The person calling is rarely the person who lived there. It’s a bank, a listing agent, a property manager or an executor, and quite often someone who isn’t on the island at all.
St. Simons Island
Trash-outs on the island
A foreclosed condo off Demere is mostly a building problem. Where the truck can sit without blocking a shop entrance, how long it can stay, whether an elevator needs reserving — we settle those with the manager or the agent beforehand and keep the staging tidy, because the neighbors in the next units are still living there.
The house could sit on the golf course at St. Simons Island Club or behind the gate at Hampton Plantation. When there’s a gate, the code or an access window is arranged with whoever handles the property before the truck reaches it, so nobody has to drive over and let us in or stand around supervising.
Island homes sometimes hold more than junk: family papers, old photographs, a piece of furniture that might carry real value. When something looks like it matters, the crew sets it aside and brings it to whoever hired us rather than deciding on the spot.
Each load crosses the causeway, and summer traffic adds time going out and coming back; that’s in the quote from the beginning. If the property has to be clear before a listing date between April and September, an early call gets it a sensible place on the calendar.

What we handle
How the cleanout runs
The house is cleared one room at a time, garage and yard last, and swept at the end. If you need photos or a list of what left for your records, tell us when you book and we’ll work with you.
If someone shows up mid-job and says the house or something in it is theirs, we stop loading and hand that question back to the people with the authority to settle it. Who has the right to clear the property is something we’ll sort out with you when we quote.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each part of the load based on what it is and the shape it’s in, and the truck leaves the island straight for Brunswick.
Furniture and household goods with real life left in them are often offered to organizations we work with, such as the Salvation Army or Goodwill. They decide what they take, and condition matters.
An abandoned refrigerator usually goes through an appliance and refrigerant recycling channel, often SA Recycling in Brunswick, and loose metal typically ends up in their scrap stream as well.
Pricing
What changes the price
Volume and time on site. A condo with a handful of big pieces left is the light end; a house with every room, the garage and the attic still full is the heavy end, and a job that needs two days is priced as two days. Staging time near Demere and the causeway drive sit inside the same number.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
