Pricing
How pricing works.
What bleacher removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
Bleachers are priced by the truck space and weight once they’re taken apart. How many rows and how long they run, aluminum or wood, how far the field or the auditorium is from where the truck can sit, and whether the hardware is rusted solid all shape the tier. A short backyard bleacher is a quick visit; a long run of theater rows is a bigger day. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Light Demolition service
Yes, we take old bleachers and theater seats. An outdoor bleacher is mostly aluminum planks on a steel or aluminum frame, held together with bolts and clips. It looks like one big piece, but it comes apart into seat planks, foot planks, risers and frame sections that stack flat on a truck or trailer — so a bleacher beside a ball field is a take-down and a haul, done in an order that keeps the frame standing until the planks are off.
Theater rows are a different animal. Each row is a run of folding seats on cast-iron or steel standards, with the backs, cushions and armrests attached. Once a row is loose it comes apart into seats and standards and carries out a piece at a time, and the cast iron is heavier than it looks.
Older wooden bleachers rot at the seat boards and the stringers, and outdoor hardware rusts in the salt air, so a nut that ought to spin off sometimes has to be cut. That’s part of the job. Aluminum planks and steel frames usually go to scrap recycling, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick; the wood, cushions and plastic leave with the rest of the load.

How we work
Taking Down Old Bleachers Around Brunswick
Bleachers and theater rows that are fastened down are something we can look at: send us a few photos and tell us where it is, and we’ll tell you what it takes. Freestanding and portable bleachers come apart where they stand.
Outdoors, the question is the ground — how close a truck and trailer can get to the field after rain, and where the planks get stacked while the frame comes down. Indoors, it’s the doors, the aisle and the hall to the loading spot. Either way, the site gets picked up for bolts, clips and broken plank ends before we go.
Old bleachers turn up in all kinds of places around here: beside a ball field in Sterling, behind a church, inside a gym or a hall along New Jesup Highway. Outdoors, the plan starts with the ground — how close a truck and trailer can get across the grass after a wet week, and where the planks get stacked while the frame comes apart. Indoors, it’s the doors, the aisle and the hallway to the loading spot. Send a few photos of the bleachers and the way in, and we’ll price it anywhere in the Brunswick area.
When taking something out involves structural or electrical work, that’s normally handled by you or a licensed pro, and we’ll work around them.
