Grill and BBQ removal across the Golden Isles.
Gas grills, charcoal, smokers, kamado-style. Propane stays with you. The grill leaves with us.
Grill and BBQ removal is straightforward except for one thing: propane. We don’t take live propane tanks in the truck. The customer either drops the tank at a propane exchange or handles it separately. The grill itself comes with us — without the tank attached.
Charcoal grills are the cleanest version of this job. The grill has been sitting unused for a season, sometimes still has a half-burned bag of charcoal in the bottom (we empty it), and the unit comes off the deck or patio in one piece on a dolly.
Smokers run heavier. A barrel smoker, an offset smoker, or a pellet smoker carries more steel mass than a standard gas grill. Two-person carry on smokers more often than not.
What we haul
Specifically, what we take for grill & bbq removal.
- Gas grills (propane and natural gas)
- Charcoal grills
- Smokers (offset, barrel, pellet, electric)
- Kamado-style grills (Big Green Egg and similar)
- Built-in BBQ grills (when scoped separately)
- Grill carts, side burners, and accessory tables
How we work
How we actually handle it.
Most grill jobs start with the propane tank — we don’t take live propane in the truck. Tank goes back to a propane exchange (your job, not ours), or the customer drains it ahead. The grill comes with us, regardless of brand or condition.
Charcoal grills get emptied of leftover briquettes before they go on the truck. Smokers we sometimes run with a customer ahead of time about whether to drain the firebox of any remaining hardware.
Built-in BBQ islands are a different category. The grill itself comes out with us; the island structure (stone or stucco surround, countertops, gas plumbing) is a separate scope of work. We can scope built-in island demolition separately if the project requires it.
Pricing
How pricing works.
Grill pricing scales with weight, type, and access. A small charcoal grill from a deck is the lightest version. A large smoker from a backyard pad with poor access is heavier work. Built-in island removal is a separate scope priced separately.
We give you a real number after we see the grill.

The honest exceptions
What we won’t take — for this item.
A short, honest list of edge cases we either won’t take or want to discuss before we show up. When in doubt, call us — we’ll walk through it before scheduling.
- Live propane tanks — drop these at a propane exchange separately
- Built-in island demolition without a separate scope of work
