TV Removal on Jekyll Island, GA

When a property manager refreshes a rental, the TVs often go together: the bedrooms and the living room, one unit after another. Those jobs get planned like the rest of a turnover, with the count, the rooms and the mounts known ahead of time and the work fitted to the guest window.

A rental near South Beach and a house in the Historic District can ask for different things. One might be a flat panel coming off a wall mount; the other might be an old console or tube set, where older structures mean extra care with floors and door frames on the way out.

TVs take more thought than ordinary junk once they’re out of the house. The load comes back off the island with us, and where a TV heads from there depends on what it is, what condition it’s in, and what the receiving facilities will actually accept.

If it’s on the wall, we take it off the mount, and the bracket can go with it or stay up for the next TV, whichever you want. Anything heavier than a small flat panel rides on a dolly, and the fragile screens get a protective layer.

We don’t patch the holes a mount leaves behind, but we’ll tell you up front what the wall is going to look like.
