Old TVs to Get Out of a St. Simons Home or Rental?
Same-Day TV Removal on St. Simons Island Often Available — Call or Text
Yes, we take TVs of every age: LED, OLED and plasma flat panels, screens hanging on the wall, the heavy tube set in the back bedroom, and the stand or media console underneath. The weight catches people off guard — older sets are far heavier than they look, while big flat panels are fragile and awkward to grip.
St. Simons Island
TVs in island rentals and south-end homes
Rental refreshes are where TVs pile up. When an owner replaces every bedroom’s set at once, the old ones have to be off the walls and out before the next check-in, and that deadline doesn’t move. Several TVs go on a single trip when it’s planned ahead, so give us the count, the rooms and the turnover window.
Beside the Village and the Pier, parking is the whole problem in the busy months. There’s rarely a good place to leave a truck for long, so the approach is to get in, carry the sets out efficiently and get out. That might be a living-room TV in a King City house or a bedroom set in German Village.
Flat screens get carried, never stacked, and each travels in a protective layer so a corner doesn’t crack on the way to the truck. Word travels fast here, and a scuffed hallway is exactly the kind of thing that travels with it.

What we handle
Taking a TV down and out
Wall-mounted TVs come off the mount first, and the mount can leave with the TV or stay on the wall — your call. Anything heavier than a small flat panel rides a dolly.
If a screen is cracked, or a set is very old and very heavy, let us know with the photos so the right number of hands shows up.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.
Pricing
What changes the price
Size, weight and how many. A single flat panel from a living room is the light end; a heavy tube set from an upstairs room, or a whole rental’s worth of TVs, takes more time. Electronics handling costs something on the back end, and we account for it honestly in the number instead of pretending it’s free.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where old TVs go
We figure out the right destination for each set. TVs don’t belong in ordinary trash, so they’re routed through appropriate electronics recycling or disposal channels when applicable, depending on the set, its condition and what receiving facilities will accept.
A newer TV that still works can sometimes find a second home through organizations we work with. They decide what they accept, so it’s never promised.
Once it’s loaded, it comes straight off the island to Brunswick.
