Yes, we take adjustable beds: single power bases, split kings, electric beds that stopped moving or only move one way, and air-chamber beds with their pumps and hoses. Whatever is on top of the base goes with it, mattress and all.
It looks like a mattress on a platform, but underneath it’s a steel frame with motors, a control box and a hinged deck that lifts the head and feet. That’s the part we plan for.

We unplug the base, coil the cord and lower it flat if it still moves. The motor, the control box and the wiring stay in the frame and leave as part of it, so there’s nothing to take apart beforehand.
On a staircase, the deck wants to fold at the wrong moment, so a base that is too heavy or too wide for the stairs in one piece comes apart into the sections it was built in. A split king doubles it: two separate bases side by side, each with its own mattress and its own motor.

The bed might be a split king in an Ocean Walk condo near the Village or a single base in a bedroom at Coast Cottages by the beach. In a building, the elevator, the hallway and any association rules shape how a heavy base gets from the bedroom to the truck, and we plan that with you or the building ahead of the day.
That stretch near the Village and the Pier is busy for much of the year, and there’s rarely a spot to leave a truck for long. A base that comes apart into its sections upstairs means less time at the curb: in, carry, out.
Rental owners tend to replace beds when a guest room gets refreshed, and from April through September those refreshes pile up between guests. Give us the turnover window and we plan the pickup and the causeway around it.

What changes the price
A single base and its mattress take a modest share of the truck, and a split king is two of each. The rest is weight and stairs: a heavy base from an upstairs bedroom is more carrying than one from a ground-floor room, and a condo elevator ride is usually easier than a long outdoor stair.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out the right destination for each part. The steel frame is mostly metal, and once the fabric and foam are off it can often go for scrap, usually at SA Recycling in Brunswick.
The mattress goes by its condition, and what can’t be reused is disposed of properly. The whole load crosses the causeway straight to Brunswick.
