Pricing
How pricing works.
What event furniture removal costs here. We price by the tier your items fill, starting at $95–$150 for a 1/8 truck; a single item is quoted from a photo so we can confirm the tier before anything is loaded. The number you agree to is the number you pay, and it includes carry-out, the disposal fee and cleanup.
Event furniture is priced by how much truck space the count fills. Folded tables and stacked chairs pack tight, so a big count can land in a smaller tier than the storage room suggests. Broken pieces that won’t fold flat, a long carry or stairs, and whatever else goes on the same trip move it up. The minimum for any pickup is $95.

Part of our Furniture Removal service
Yes, we haul event furniture, and the job is mostly about the count. One folding table is nothing; eighty of them leaning in a storage room under the stairs is a real load. Folding chairs fold flat and stacking chairs stack, so a few hundred of either take up less room than people expect — but they still have to come out of the closet, down the hall and onto the truck, one stack at a time.
What’s in the pile is usually a mix. Plastic tables with a bent leg, the older plywood ones with the edge banding peeling off, metal chairs with a hinge that pinches, padded chairs with torn vinyl, a chair truck with a flat caster, the rolling coat rack from the lobby and a bulletin board cabinet that came down off a wall a while back.
It comes out of fellowship halls getting new tables, venues and rental companies retiring worn stock, lodges and club halls, and offices that held their last cookout. Steel chair frames and table legs usually go to scrap recycling, often at SA Recycling in Brunswick. Tables and chairs that still fold and still hold weight can sometimes go to organizations we work with, such as the Salvation Army or Goodwill; they decide what they can use, and condition matters.

How we work
Hauling Folding Tables and Chairs Out of Brunswick Halls
Event furniture is light piece by piece and slow in bulk, so the plan is about the path. The crew sets up a line from the storage room to the truck, keeps the hallway or the lobby open for anyone still using the building, and loads stacks rather than single pieces. If the hall is booked that day, we work around the event — before it, after it, or on a day the room is dark.
Swapping in new furniture the same week? Tell us when the delivery lands and we’ll have the old stock out of the way first. And if some of it is staying, point out what stays and the crew sorts it on the spot.
An event room up a flight of stairs off Newcastle Street in Downtown Brunswick means the chairs and tables come down in stacks, and the truck has to sit where it isn’t blocking the street or a shop’s front door. A hall along the Glynn Avenue corridor might have parking right out front, and then the bigger question is timing — before the next event, or on a day the room is empty. Send a few photos of the storage room and the way out, and we’ll price it for any hall in Brunswick.
