Emptying a Jekyll Island Condo for a Sale, an Owner or a Turnover?
Same-Day Condo Cleanout on Jekyll Island Often Available — Call or Text
A condo usually holds less than a house. What makes it work is the path: the hallway, the elevator or the stair, and the walk across the lot to wherever the truck can sit. That’s what we plan around, and a picture of the entrance and the parking tells us nearly as much as one of the furniture.
You might own the unit, have inherited it, or manage it for someone who lives far away. Either way, you send photos and we take it from there, and nothing gets dropped in the building’s dumpster on the way out.
Jekyll Island
Condos on Jekyll: owners, managers and the trip back across the bridge
Most condo work on Jekyll comes through property managers: a unit cleared between owners, a rental refreshed between guest stays, or a building handled unit by unit. Managers want to know what they are getting before the truck shows up, so we agree the scope from photos, keep to the window they give us, and say so early if anything changes.
A condo in Beach Village close to the shops and hotels and a unit up at North Beach get the same plan. We work out where the truck can stop and how the elevator or the stairs get shared with the other owners that day, and the hallway stays clear between trips.
Nothing from the unit is set beside the building or left at a curb for later. The whole load rides back over the bridge with us, two crossings on every job, and that drive is part of the number you get at the start.
What we handle
What we take care of in the building
Tell us who manages the building and we’ll work within whatever they ask for: the elevator, the loading spot, the hours. If the manager wants something from us first, like when we’re arriving or what size truck is coming, we handle that too.
Beds and sectionals that were assembled in the unit sometimes leave in pieces, and we take apart whatever has to come apart to fit a door or the elevator. Owners who live elsewhere don’t have to be there; tell us what stays, and we sort out access with you and the building.
Send us a few photos and tell us what you need removed. We’ll take it from there.

Pricing
What changes the price
How much of the truck the unit fills sets most of it. After that it’s the carry: the floor, whether there’s an elevator, and how far the door is from the truck. The same furniture costs less to move from a ground-floor unit by the lot than from the top floor at the end of a long hall. The round trip over the bridge is counted from the first quote.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95. We don’t charge extra for same-day pickup when we have an open time slot.
After the pickup
Where it goes
We figure out where each piece should go based on what it is and the shape it’s in. Furniture someone could genuinely use may be offered to a local organization we work with, and they decide what they take.
Refrigerators and other refrigerant appliances usually go to SA Recycling in Brunswick, where the refrigerant is recovered as part of their process and the metal goes into their scrap stream.
Whatever has truly reached the end goes to proper disposal. None of it stays on the island.
