Clearing One Garage or Spare Room in Brunswick?
Same-Day Garage Cleanout in Brunswick Often Available — Call or Text
Which parts of the house can you clear?
Any one of them, or a few in the same visit. The garage that stopped holding a car. The attic that became the place things go when nobody had a decision ready. A spare bedroom, a home office, a closet, a laundry or utility room, a kitchen full of things that never get used. The shed out back, the workshop, the porch, the side yard where the dead grill and the broken patio set ended up.
These are jobs in a home people are still living in. The rest of the house is fine — one space just filled up over the years, and now you want it back: to park again, to set up a guest room, to get ready to list, or just to walk through it without stepping over things.
Yes, we take all of it — boxes, old furniture, the exercise bike, lumber, the tools nobody reaches for anymore. You don’t sort it into piles or drag anything to the curb. Show us the space, and it goes.

What clearing one space looks like
Send a few photos: a wide shot of the space, the way in, and anything big like furniture, a workbench or a freezer. For an attic, include the opening. Tell us what goes and what stays, and you get a firm price from the photos.
On the day, our crew does all the carrying. Attic boxes are handed down the ladder person to person and set out wherever you choose — the garage, a spare room, the driveway — so you can go through them in the cool instead of up in the rafters. In a garage, we pull things out, you point at the keep pile, and the rest gets loaded. Junk out back is carried from wherever it sits, behind the shed or under the deck, and an old swing set or trampoline gets taken apart enough to load. When the space is empty, we sweep it.
Mixed loads are normal here: a recliner, a broken mower, holiday decorations and a box of old cables, all on one trip. If anything special is needed, we’ll sort it out with you when we quote.
Then it gets sorted by what it is. Usable furniture and tools may find a second home through local donation outlets — they decide what they accept, and condition matters, so it’s never a promise. Metal usually goes to scrap, such as at SA Recycling in Brunswick, and the rest is recycled or disposed of appropriately.
What changes the price
It comes down to how much of the truck the space fills. A closet or a dozen attic boxes is a small load; a packed garage can take most of a truck. Heavy, compact things like wet lumber or a workbench count differently from bulky, light things like plastic chairs. An attic ladder, a flight of stairs, a long walk from a back-corner shed, or a playset that has to come apart adds time. Clearing two or three spaces in the same visit is one price for the visit, not one per room.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
