Everything Has to Go? Whole-House Cleanouts in Brunswick
Same-Day Whole-House Cleanout in Brunswick Often Available — Call or Text
When everything in the place has to go
Yes, we empty entire properties — every room, every closet, and the garage, attic and yard if you want those too. This is the job where the question isn’t which things go; it’s getting the place empty. A house still full of the previous owner’s furniture. An apartment or townhouse at the end of a lease. A condo being cleared before it sells or gets redone. A rental the tenant walked away from, a vacation rental getting all-new furnishings, or a storage unit nobody has opened in years.
Some of these places are vacant. Some are abandoned. Some still have a refrigerator running in the kitchen and clothes in every drawer. It all comes out the same way: carried, loaded and hauled off by our crew, with the floors swept behind us.
Owners, landlords, property managers, agents and new buyers all call about this kind of work. You don’t have to be on site, and you don’t have to know what’s in every box.

How a whole-property job runs
Photos come first: a shot of each room, anything outside, and the way in. For a storage unit, one picture with the door rolled up usually does it. For a big house, we can walk it instead. Tell us if there’s anything to keep, or anything that conveys with a sale — appliances, fixtures, a playset — and it stays put. Everything else is in the price.
Access shapes the day as much as the volume does. Condo and apartment buildings often have rules about elevator pads, loading times and where a truck can park; tell us who manages the building and we work to their rules. At a storage facility, we meet you or whoever has access and load straight from the unit onto our truck. At a rental with nobody around, a lockbox or door code works. If you need photos or a list of what left for your records, tell us when you book and we’ll work with you.
A full property is a mixed load: living-room furniture, beds, appliances, everything in the kitchen, the garage. When the last load pulls away, the place is broom-clean and ready for the cleaner, the contractor, the listing or the next tenant.
Along the way, things are sorted by what they are. Furniture with life left may go to donation, though the receiving organization always decides what it accepts. Appliances go through the appropriate recycling channel, often SA Recycling in Brunswick, and the rest is recycled or disposed of appropriately.
What changes the price
For a whole property, the real question is how many truckloads it fills. A one-bedroom apartment can fit within the load tiers; a furnished house often runs past a single truck. Furniture that comes down stairs or waits on a building elevator, a long walk from the unit row or the parking area, and heavy pieces like appliances all add time. Whole-house cleanouts and anything bigger than one truck are quoted as a single project after photos or a walkthrough, so you get one number for the entire place.
Firm price from your photos, confirmed before anything is loaded. The minimum for any pickup is $95.
